Returns: You can return your product within 14 days - no questions asked - as long as the chair is undamaged and in its original condition.

What if it arrives damaged?
If you notice transport damage, contact us within 48 hours - we'll send a replacement part or a new chair at our expense.

What if you damage it yourself?
Accidental damage caused by use isn't covered by return, but get in touch and we'll arrange a repair

Warranty:
24-month warranty on all products - covers material or manufacturing defects.
